Refund Eligibility

A 100% refund of the course fee will be issued only under the following condition:

If Jyesta fails to provide the promised certification exam voucher associated with the enrolled program.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of confirmation of voucher non-issuance. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.

Scope of Refund

Refunds apply strictly to the course fee paid. Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or third-party fees may be deducted as per standard policies.

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances other than voucher non-issuance, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to attend or complete the course
  • Inability to clear certification exams
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

  • Delays due to incomplete student documentation or eligibility requirements

Certification Responsibility

Jyesta is responsible for facilitating access to the certification exam voucher. The final certification is issued by the respective certification authority and is subject to their terms and policies.
